Q. What is the maximum number of Infants that can be allowed with parents in one booking?
According to the Qatar policy, each infant must travel with a separate adult. Hence the number of infant travellers cannot be more than the adult travellers that are allowed in one booking. Infants are not permitted to travel with unaccompanied minors, minors, and underage children.

Q. Will a credit card service fee be charged if I purchased tickets with both Qmiles and cash?
For purchases made in such a way, the remaining cash portion has to be paid for by a debit or credit card. If the flier chooses to pay with a credit card, he/she will be charged a service fee. If he/she chooses to pay with a debit card, they won’t be charged a service fee.

Q. Are Qrewards transferable from one account to another?
No, Qrewards are only applicable for the account that earned them they cannot be transferred between accounts.

Q. Qrewards valid for what duration? 
Qrewards earned in the current year are valid for redemption until the end of the following calendar year. For eg. points earned in January to December 2018 will be valid till December 31, 2019, After this period, Qrewards earned and not used will be deleted from the member’s account.
