Oyo Order Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you can cancel your booking before check-in Oyo will fully refund any booking cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. For any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time, customers will be charged for one night. In case you decide to cancel a booking after the scheduled check-in time or in case customers do not show up at the hotel, a charge for either the first two nights or the complete booking amount, whichever one is lower, shall be deducted and the rest will be refunded. In case of mid-stay cancellation for 4 or more rooms post the check-in date, no refund will be applicable on the booking

A. You can cancel the booking you made using the Oyo website or the mobile app. Customers can also email at [email protected] to cancel your booking. The refund amount is usually credited to you within 14 working days.

Q. How can I get an early check-in?
A. Some of the Oyo hotels provide guaranteed early check-in usually from 6 AM onwards on the check-in date. Most of these hotels do this free of cost however some hotels do charge a fee (up to 30%). If you want an early check-in, use the filter of Sunrise Check-in in to book hotels that provide guaranteed early check-in.

Q. What is the policy for little children with parents?
A. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary/ without charge provided it is without the use of an extra mattress. However, breakfast charges may be applicable to the child.
