Bata Order Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

In case a customer is not satisfied with a purchase, he/she can exchange any merchandise bought from BATA Home Service within 15 days from the original date of invoice. This can happen provided that the article being returned for exchange is unused, clean, and in its original state and packaging. Replacement or exchange will be subject to availability of the same product. In case the product is not available at the store, then a replacement will be adjusted against the subsequent purchase at the same store. For exchange, the value of the replaced merchandise has to be equal to the original price of the exchanged article. Irrespective of the current price of the exchanged/claimed article, at the time of the exchange being made. It should be noted that If the value of the replaced article is less than the original value of the exchanged product, there will be no cash refund.
